We know how it happened but we don’t really know how it happened. How is it already February? In a slight state of shock, Colleen, Dale (Letterboxd) and I (Letterboxd), get off track on Joan Collins and 80s soaps theme songs but along the way we also manage to look ahead to the movies coming out this month!

Other stuff we talk about:

SPARK FWD festival and conference
– NPR: On the Media – episode with Bob Garfield’s outtakes
– Joan Collins on Graham Norton show (I made a mistake, it’s a different show but still awesome)
– “Fifty Shades of Grey” on Say Wah?!

I’m not sure what’s funnier, the idea that you’re adding all that commentary up to actually meaning two people no one really knows anything about like or don’t like each other or the fact that you’ve been reading this stuff and I haven’t. I’ll be the first to admit I’m not expecting much but it’ll be pretty to look at.

My wife has been threatening to drag me (and trying to rope in some of my ‘movie friends’) to broaden my horizons cinematically, or some such.

That’s still no excuse. I’m planning on seeing it but haven’t read any of this stuff (though I have seen all of the clips. Some more than once…)

And of course, I’m just pulling your leg. A little.
