Sure, just as I post the key art for Michael Dowse’s film, this drops into my mailbox. We are big fans of Asheville North Carolina’s annual ActionFest, whose 2012 poster looks to be the inspiration for the official One Sheet for Kim Ji-Woon’s Arnie-starring actioner, The Last Stand. This poster art just dropped at the New York Comic-Con, with the film to arrive, as the advertising says, on January 18th, 2013.
This makes two weeks in a row we did a double in this column (hell, this could have made it a triple), but hey, good poster illustration is what we enocourage in these parts.
If only the quality of the poster was a barometer for the quality of the film.
