Even after last week’s showcase of the Adam Rabalais designed Alien One Sheet, a certain Ridley Scott directed sci-fi feature remains on the brain. This week we have a series of very high quality fan made designs for Prometheus, yes they are fantastic, particularly the accenting of the yellow. You’ll find three more tucked under the seat.

Even more at JoBlo.

Nice. Got a bit of a Criterion style going on. It’s great to see fan posters that aren’t just mondo or minimalist ones. Not that those aren’t often brilliant, they just get a bit samey.
The early consensus is that Damon Lindelof is to blame for most of the film’s problems.
Are there a lot of problems? I don’t know what the early consensus is. Do I want to know?
I would say most of the problem lies with an upcharge that forces you to wear glasses, makes the film dimmer and causes focus problems near the edge of the screen. And makes shit fly out at you. Those are probably the biggest problems.
I’ve seen mainly positive stuff so far, but only a few reviews are out there. I’ve only looked at ratings and brief summaries though, I’m not reading full reviews until I’ve seen it, which won’t be for another fortnight as I’m on holiday!
Seems awfully early to have either a consensus or start laying blame for supposed problems, with the movie not out for another week. I’ll wait and see for myself.
