Since MAMO has a long history with Batman, I just wanted to post how excited I am for the new trailer in hour or so. http://operationearlybird.com/

Speaking of which, I just picked up a white-card pass for that Prologue thingy happening on Tuesday.

Was trying like hell to get them but thought it was the full movie. Not I don’t care so much to drive 25 miles to the IMAX for a 6 minute movie.

Damn, no trailer. I tried to get passes but the site froze up. Oh well, I’ll have to wait to see it with MI4.

Fortunately, the Greater Toronto Area Preview screening is really close to me, why they chose the ‘Burbs in stead of the usual Scotiabank (Downtown) is a bit of a mystery.

Interesting podcast. It made me think back to my first TIFF back in 2003. I was a bit naive back then and I waited until after the festival started to get tIckets and my first choices (Shattered Glass and 200 Cigarettes) were long gone. The film I ever saw at TIFF ended up being a 9am screening of School of Rock. However, at least it was at the Uptown and I got to see a film there before it closed.

I didn’t see a Midnight Madness film until the 2006 festival and even then it was a daytime screening. I’ve been progessively increasing my Midnight Madness attendance each year and this year I progressed up to 4 films, 2 at midnight. I’m getting there. 😛
