The goal of the screen shot quiz it not to just guess what the movie is that the screen shot is from but to encourage discussion on the film. Often I think i’m the only person who actually likes THE DARJEELING LIMITED and doesn’t just see it as Anderson repeating himself.

You are indeed NOT the only one. I’ve been defending this film passionately to non-believers for years. To the detractors of TDL, I ask “Why shit on auteurs for being auteurs?”
Also, the family just re-watched Fantastic Mr. Fox, and that one is um, fantastic film as well and very much a Wes Anderson film, even if he directed it from another country by cellular phone.
I also love Darjeeling – easily one of my favorite Anderson films.

It’s not my favorite Anderson film, but that’s not really an insult – I love everything he’s done so much that ranking them is almost pointless. TDL is great.

Great film. It has me laughing, it evokes strange moments of awkwardness, and can bring me to tears (just a few though).
