• Toy Story 3 Trailer

We got the teaser back in October, now we get the pleaser.

Of all the remakes and sequels we’re getting in the coming year, Pixar’s Toy Story 3 has got to be tops on just about anyone’s list. We all know Pixar excels everytime they have a release, but on top of that it’s always fun to get a little bit of the nostalgia factor as well. Plus, in a lot of people’s book, the sequel to Toy Story was better than the original. So if we’re going by that, this latest installment should be the best yet.

I myself will seek out a non-3D version as it will almost certainly just become a distraction and a hindrance. But it will nice to see Pixar getting back to just creating a load of laughs once again. Check out the embedded trailer in Quicktime below.

    Should be fun.

Underwhelming for a trailer, but really, does anyone think that Pixar can top Toy Story 2 with these characters and situations?

Yea, along with the rest of the planet (and according to Mamo! some dead people) I’ll be seeing this (hopefully in 2D), and marketing is really not required at this point, but there you have it.

It should be a nice trip down nostalgia lane. Who didn’t fall in love with the first Toy Story when they first saw it? There had never been anything like it. I look forward to revisiting the characters and Michael Keaton as Ken? Heck yeah!

  3. This’ll probably be good, but I gotta say: that Ken-Barbie bit feels dangerously similar to something from a Shrek movie.
