Three whole days ago Maria posted the red band Legion trailer. I was on holidays so I didn’t check it out. Last night I ended up at District 9 and the first trailer the theatre showed was the regular trailer for the upcoming Paul Bettany angelic apocalypse movie. While I agree with Marina that the much longer red band trailer fails the short one blew me and the entire audience away with the little old lady in the restaurant scene. Both trailers show this scene but the timing is just so much better in the shorter trailer. If you haven’t watched the red band trailer I say skip it and just watch this one. If you already saw the red band one trailer then watch this one and let me know if you think it succeeds.
