Bloody brilliant! Man do I ever wish some of these actually existed…

The American History X is bloody awesome typeface/design with the X and the Swastika.

I love the die-hard one, because it makes me think ‘fists with your toes!’

Kurt, that’s what I got from the Die Hard one. Is that what it’s supposed to signify? If not, I don’t get it…

Its the broken shards of glass and someone without any shoes on.

Ah right. When he’s running through the shattered glass with no shoes on, machine gunning the bad guys. Gotcha’

That’s actually really clever the way they’ve designed that.

Exactly. That’s why it’s my favorite one.

How is it somebody without shoes on? All I see is a pair of shoes.

Notice the broken glass. It infers a guy running around without shoes… and broken glass.
I think it’s pretty obvious – if you’ve seen the movie.

Yeah that’s my problem with these, they only work if you’ve already seen the movie.

I don’t see good posters requiring the viewing of the film (Hey, how about the falling froggies the Magnolia One-Sheet), I just like good simple designs, and all of these have it. The fact that they resonate after the film is a plus in my book. (Not a Minus)

Oh, I love these, especially Die Hard. But they do all remind me of the posters for Dr. Strangelove…
