Hey Bob, awesome hit on the IFC list. I have seen a few of those, plus Kurt and Matt talk about a couple of other ones on the upcoming Cinecast. "Three Monkeys" was just too damn slow; even for me. It really was boring. Interesting aesthetic and the aural track towards the end was fairly visceral, but everything else just flat lined for me. Could have been better which is the sad thing.

Anyway, thanks for the link and I'll definitely put some of those on my summer road map.

This is easily the best summer line-up at least on paper that I can remember, particularly for someone like myself who stays away from a lot of the big special effects orgies.

I count 13 films I want to see from that list.

That District 9 trailer pretty much put that at the top of highly anticipated movies for the summer. That said, everything on your list looks promising.

The Soderbergh, Jarmusch and Pixar are probably my most anticipated from that list. And Moon. OK, and the Tarantino...

Thanks for that Andrew - there's a bunch that weren't even on my radar yet. David Hudson has a huge list at IFC as well.

As for "New York I Love You", I can give you at least one reason to trim your expectations a bit...I saw the Work In Progress print at TIFF and it was pretty darn terrible. I simply don't see how they can save it. But...There were moments and I'm curious to see what changes.

You're very welcome. But I prefer Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake.

For you Fargo fans, that's near Chaska (or LeSueur).

I stand by my love of the (500) Days of Summer onesheet. It has LOTS OF ZOOEYs. One Zooey = awesome. MANY ZOOEYs = SUPERAWESOME.

Maybe I'll put it in my avatar just to annoy everyone else...

Also, good picks. I want to see almost all of them. And on Terminator, the reason I'm excited about it is The Sarah Connor Chronicles. I know they're different timelines and stuff, but the series got me interested in the world in a way the movies (even the first two, which I enjoy but don't love) didn't.
