No one figured out that yesterday’s quiz was from the opening of Moonraker. Bond is pushed out of a plane without a parachute by Jaws. After an impressive fight in the air where Bond steals a parachute off a pilot Jaw tries to open up his parachute only to break the pull cord. The opening sequence finishes with Jaw crashing into a circus tent which collapses. Don’t worry, Jaw doesn’t die from falling out of a plane. Moonraker is Bond at his campiest.

Sorry but no to all.
That’s not Terrance Stamp, but it sure as hell is Costner. Since I’m pretty sure it ain’t Dances/Wolves, I’ll say Wyatt Earp.
Costner was also in Silverado, but it’s been years since I saw that one, and all I can remember about it is Linda Hunt who is obviously not in the still above.
Costner was young and clean shaven in that movie. If this isn’t Wyatt Earp, then I have no idea.
The guy in the foreground I’m pretty sure is the bad guy of the movie though.
Wait. Maybe this IS Dances with Wolves. Later on in the movie when Dunbar is captured. I don’t see any Blue Coats though; so I still say Wyatt Earp.
Regardless, I just looked at the cast for Wyatt Earp. Damn, I need to watch that movie again soon. I bought the 2-Disc Sp Ed a while back and haven’t caught up with it since I saw it theatrically.
you guys are really amusing me… It is not Stamp, nor is Costner in the background. If you keep guessing though I’ll have to change some of the quizzes I have planned for the rest of the week.
