Alrighty. We’re trying something new for the movie quote quiz this morning. Instead of simply reading the quote, you now get a little bit of context and voice recognition to help you out (hence, much easier). Take a listen to the mp3s below and try to guess which movie the quote is from. In theory they should get more difficult as you move through quotes 1-5.

For #5, sounds like Frances McDormand, but I don’t think they went to the Hollywood Bowl in Mississippi Burning or Fargo which is the extent I think I’ve seen of her work ..

I haven’t even listened to the quote, but one of the stars was in the news and the other is Francis McDormand – That definitely equals Laurel Canyon, a fine little movie feature a borderline incestuous threeway between Kate Beckinsale, Francis McDormand and Christine Bale.

Ahhhh, that’s so annoying! Who’s voice is that in the first quote (from Dazed and Confused – which, btw, I’ve NEVER seen….don’t shoot me!)?!
Adam Goldberg. He’s awesome. Last thing I saw him in was a cameo in The Flaming Lips’ “Christmas on Mars.”

Oh yeah so it is!:P I agree with you, Andrew, he’s awesome (Henrik…you are wrong^_^). I think the last time I saw him on-screen was in Zodiac, albeit in a small role.
He’s about the only good thing about 2 Days in Paris. He’s awesome in Dazed n Confused and Christmas on Mars was pretty boring, but he was a bright spot.
Also watching a knife slowly enter his heart in SPR was pretty powerful too.
