		<description>I don&#039;t think it is that, I think it is growing-pains &amp; changes by the organizers.  This year was definitely a festival in transition - I don&#039;t quite know what to though. (although if you ask the locals, they&#039;d probably agree that it took a big step away from being the &#039;peoples festival&#039;).</description>

		<description>I wish I could have been there.  I, unfortunately had a previous engagement.  Luckily I&#039;ve got the indie Tallgrass Film Festival to go to next month which I&#039;m pretty stoked about.

I would have thought Choke and Defiance would have screened at the TIFF as well.  Strange.</description>
