Screen Shot Quiz #83

by John Allison
July 23rd, 2008

If I give any hints this will end up being too obvious. Actually change that… the clue is that the screen shot is related to the Middle of the Row Podcast. Speaking of which my plan (as long as it fits with Dave’s schedule) is to release the new episode middle of next week. Sorry for the delay in getting it out.

  5. This looks like a screen shot from a Sugarcubes video, which had the exact same shot.

  6. Sorry nope. I will give the hint that this is from one of the later movies in a series.

  7. Do I see Jason’s mask in the background there? Is this Jason X, or Jason goes to space, or whatever it’s called???

  8. Oi! Sharp eye Stump.

    Fun. Stupid. Times.

  9. If it actually is Jason X then I’m pretty sure that’s Cronenberg’s frozen head. I haven’t seen the movie, I’ve just heard about it.

When’s the Cronenberg discussion happening anyway?

  10. Cronenberg is in it(hence the source of the hint) but he dies before this. This is the scene where Jason dunks a woman into some liquid nitrogen and then slams her head against a table. Definitely good times. :)

  11. “This is the scene where Jason dunks a woman into some liquid nitrogen and then slams her head against a table.”

I’m definitely going to have to rent this now.

  12. or you could just watch the above youtube clip…

still Jason X has a certain ludicrosity that doesn’t exist in the rest of the series…for better or worse…
