It’s safe to say I loved Guillermo del Toro’s Hellboy. It’s essentially just popcorn fun but when you have a director as talented as del Toro behind the camera, there seems to be much more going on than just what’s on the screen, thought it helps that what’s on the screen is also very nice to look at.
It’s also safe to say that I’m really looking forward to the second film in the franchise, the upcoming Helloby II: The Golden Army which opens on July 11th. But as much as I love the films and del Toro, I’m not sure I’m fan enough to shell out money for this.

Those shoes are heinous. They remind me of the French douchebag in Son of Rambow. The first thing you notice is the shoes.
You know, I think if someone gave me a pair of these Hellboy sneakers, I’d totally wear them. I’m digging the gold lame!
If someone gave me a pair of these shoes, I’d attach them to my dogs feet while she was sleeping, grab a twofer and kick back and wait for the show to begin.
Haha, Colleen – the first thing I noticed about that guy was the tiniest peach fuzz in the world. That totally cracked me up.
I’m with Marina though, I want me that potato head!
Potato Head is kinda fly… IF its cheap enough I might buy it for my nephew, and play with it myself when he goes home!
Having a nephew rules, I am getting to play with all sorts of cool toys I normally wouldn’t have! My brother must have more kids..More kids = More Toys!
