The big news in the Cannes Lineup (see also our Cannes Preview) is that Steven Soderberg‘s Che biopic is getting the ‘work-in-progress’ screening where both Guerrilla and The Argentine are being screened as a 4 hour event. Also nice to see Woody Allen‘s latest in there as well as (and I can’t wait for the DVD release of this, Wong Kar Wai‘s Ashes of Time Redux)

I just found out that the short film that I was in, Two Birds by Runar Runarsson, will be competing in the main short event.
It’s not often that hundreds of people will see your naked ass raping a passed out underaged girl. But it’s always exciting when that happens.
So, is that a speaking part or a reaping part?
None speaking raping part, while another bloke masturbates besides me…also naked. Ah good times they were.
Fernando Meirelles’ Blindness is opening the festival according to the Toronto Star. not sure if that means it is in contention.
