You may not instantly recognize the name Brad Anderson but most folks are likely to remember his last film, 2004’s “is that really Christian Bale?” The Machinist.
The director is back at work and his new film, a crime drama titled Transsiberian is looking like a really promising affair. Starring Emily Mortimer, Woody Harrelson, Eduardo Noriega, Kate Mara and Ben Kingsley, the film is about an American couple traveling on the Trans-Siberian Railway from China to Moscow but along the way things start to go wrong and between the sex, the mysterious train attendant and a few other individuals onboard none of whom seem quite right – it’s clear that something bigger is at play here.
I was impressed by the trailer that has been floating around for months but some new photos for the film just popped up over at Horrormovies.ca so what better excuse to re-post the trailer for those that missed it the first time around?
At this point, no release date is scheduled for the US though the film is scheduled to open in Spain in February. Hopefully the wait for the rest of us won’t be too long.
